Ask Aldo Merendino the key to his success and he'll say it's the comfort level at which he is able to put his clients. At times choosing to dress in jeans rather than a suit and tie, Aldo believes that if his clients are comfortable with him, together they will find the perfect property.. "I believe the relaxed atmosphere that I create with my clients better helps them communicate exactly what they are looking for," says Merendino. "I truly believe this is the reason we have substantial repeat business,"he adds.
After 11 years working for a real estate firm, Aldo received his Broker's licence and opened Prudential Merendino Realty in 1997. His first office staffed three sales agents---seven years later he relocated to his present office accomodating a staff of over 40 agents. His office specializes in selling new construction throughout Bergen County.
Mr. Merendino, a Bergen County resident, received his degree in Accounting and Economics from Rutgers University. While there, he was President of Phi Sigma Iota (Natioanl Language Honor Society). Aldo speaks fluent Italian, and has a working knowledge of both French and Spanish.
